An approach that keeps design and delivery together

The quality of a project is measured by the distance between intent on the drawing board and the result on site. To shorten that distance we keep design, engineering and delivery in one team.

Every project begins with a careful analysis of the existing condition; scope, budget and schedule are fixed early and reported transparently throughout.

About UsAbout Us

A controlled process, from survey to handover

At every stage it is clear what is being done, who is responsible and what follows.

  1. 01

    Survey & analysis

The property is inspected on site; goals, constraints and risks are documented.

  2. 02

    Concept & design

Architectural direction, spatial composition and material palette take shape.

  3. 03

    Budget & planning

A measured cost plan, programme and permit route are prepared.

  4. 04

    Delivery & management

Site, procurement and quality control are run from one place.

  5. 05

    Handover

The project closes with inspection, commissioning and handover documents.

Frequently asked questions

The most common questions about process, scope and budget.

All Questions
How does a project begin?
It starts with an enquiry through the contact form or by phone. The property is then inspected on site, and goals, constraints and expectations are collected in a written survey note.
How long does a project take?
Duration depends on the size of the property, the scope and permit processes. After the survey we present a realistic programme together with its assumptions.
Who handles permits and approvals?
Required applications and coordination are handled within the project. For buildings that need additional approval, such as conservation boards, the process is planned in advance.
How is the budget set?
After the survey, scope and material class are set and a measured cost plan is prepared. Changes are presented with price and schedule impact before they are executed.
Do you take on smaller works?
We decide after assessing scope and scale. When it is not a fit, we say so at the outset.
